Demisha Jennings, MBA Founder & Principal Strategist
Demisha’s practice connects strategic direction with the people, positioning and execution needed to act on it.
Her work spans organizational consulting, workforce and leadership development, marketing strategy, strategic communications and executive positioning. She brings both an organizational perspective and experience advising individual senior leaders.
As Apsona’s VP of Marketing and first dedicated marketing leader, she took on a function previously managed by the founder. Her mandate was to establish the marketing strategy and define how it would be carried into execution.
Selected consulting engagements include Amazon, the University of Notre Dame, the City of South Bend, South Bend Community School Corporation and the New York Jobs CEO Council. These engagements span workforce development, leadership and communication, marketing consulting and professional positioning.
Her career-services experience began in 2011. Individual clients have included Directors, VPs and C-suite leaders whose employers span Warner Bros., Disney, Verizon, Salesforce, Harvard, Johns Hopkins and Schneider Electric.
Demisha holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
